WIP. The following steps are included: (1) Inspected the jar files in the produced tarball and updated LICENSE-binary accordingly (2) add LICENSE from hadoop-thirdparty jars. (3) remove any dependencies no longer in the tarball. TODO: (4) inspect hadoop's shading logic, find out packages that are shaded/excluded. (5) add javascript packages.
