Review comment:
refactored the getFileStatus methods in AzureBlobFileSystem class to
accommodate these. Changes done:
- overload getFileStatus to use context passed by other methods
- tryGetFileStatus to take context as arg
- pvt method createFileSystem signature change to avoid overloading
tryGetFileStatus
