Attachment: mulRpc2.patch
This patch moves the multiple protocol support to lower layer (RPC) so that
Writable, PB and Avro can use it. Added a test which has a single server that
supports both Writable and PB protocols concurrently.
Note this patch has changes in all 3 projects. I will post the individual ones
shortly.
