Review comment:
       IMO placing `Assert`s in **@after** is not the best practice, as 
**@after** should be reserved for cleaning up the tests.
   There can also potentially be other tests that check for different 
conditions on the number of queued containers in the same class in the future.
   I've extracted the checks into a method instead.
