@steveloughran this PR addresses (most) outstanding issues with the SDK
upgrade PR, could you please review? Not sure why the yetus unit tests are
failing, they run fine locally. And not too sure of what to do for the compiler
warnings in S3AUtils, are they ok to suppress/ignore?
