Sounds good, I've created
[this](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HADOOP-18683) JIRA for adding in a
new config option. Are we ok to merge this PR?
Also, I was wondering, do regions matter for third party stores? If not,
with the new `vendor` config option, if it's not aws, we can set it to
us-east-1. If they do matter, then the expectation will have to be that the
user sets it in `fs.s3a.endpoint.region`.
