### Description of PR
This pull request introduces a Python script that removes trailing spaces
from Java files within the specified directory.
### Changes made
- Added a Python script to recursively traverse the specified directory.
- For each Java file encountered, trailing spaces are removed using the
rstrip() method.
- The modified content is written to a temporary file.
- Finally, the temporary file is renamed to replace the original file.
### Usage
To use this script, execute it with the desired directory as the argument.
python Blanks-eol.py /path/to/your/directory
### How was this patch tested?
Thoroughly tested this script on my local environment to ensure it
successfully removes trailing spaces without introducing any new issues.
