SDKs are used by legacy WASB Driver which is already deprecated and on the path
of removal.

Starting hadoop 3.5.0, WASB won't be a part of official hadoop releases.
Wasb users are recommended to use newly build support for Non-Heirarchical
Namespace Accounts (FNS) on ABFS Driver itself.
