[~data_transformation] that is correct.
ABFS Driver does not use SDK and uses its own implementation of REST APIs to
communicate to azure storage.
Incrementally we will also remove this dependency from hadoop-azure module.
This might take some time but currently there is no plan to upgrade the SDKs.
