I was working towards this ticket
[HADOOP-19791|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HADOOP-19791] and trying to
have uniform version of Protobuf and Guava across the project.
Would that be worth the effort or would the recommendation be to just upgrade
in isolation for hadoop-cloud-storage-project/hadoop-gcp module?
Appreciate your feedback on this
