Updated patch addressing Daryn's comments.
TestHttpFSWithKerberos fails both before and after the patch.
Unlike WebHdfs and Hftp, HttpFSFileSystem doesn't check UGI for tokens at init.
But, that is out of the scope of this JIRA - can create another for it.
