Radim, The patch no longer applies to trunk, CMakeLists.txt needs to be
updated. I looked over the patch and it looks good to me too. I don't have
access to a FreeBSD box right now so I am going to trust you that this works
fine there. I am a +1 on the changes once you have upmerged.
