Ivan,
You convinced me. I am +1 for leaving the tests separate in this case. If you
could address John's comment about removing the logging of expected
IOExceptions, which now that I think about it is less confusing if we need to
debug something later, I will be happy to check it in for you. Thanks for
adding in these new tests. It is a big help for the project.
