We can consolidate to a single {{VersionInfo}} class and delete
{{YarnVersionInfo}} in the scope of HADOOP-9207, which will convert the build
to calculate a single checksum across the whole repository.
I'll upload a new patch shortly with the comment added to pom.xml.
