Few general comments on the patch
# /hadoop-common-project/hadoop-common/src/main/native/native.sln and a few
other new files do not have Apache license.
# Do you still need files CHANGES.branch-trunk-win.txt? It will be incorporated
into CHANGES.txt?
# Do we still need cygwin after that patch? If not shouldn't all cygpath
occurrences be removed?
