As with a number of things security related, Y! and by extension me are the
test. :)
bq. Let's leave the SASL part unchanged for V9 (ie Hadoop 2.x) and do a
backwards compatible change in trunk; a backwards compatible change is possible
because of the version number in the header.
We really need to discard the current limited implementation before
compatibility is a must. Supporting two implementations will be a huge burden.
