[~andrew.wang] - I don't think it is appropriate to change the config element
name to URI - it is actually a path of multiple provider URIs. Which allows for
location of a key from the UserKeyProvider if it has been added to the
Credentials file or from any number of other providers in order.
I would not agree with changing that to a single URI or with representing
multiple URIs as a property that makes it seem like one. This actually hurts
clarity, in my opinion.
Am I missing something about your intent there?
