The handling of KMS_SSL_TRUSTSTORE_PASS is very odd and doesn't appear to be
documented anywhere. At least, I'm not seeing a single place where a user is
told the where, how (via CATALINA_OPTS, which is just weird), and why they can
set that in the Apache documentation. The handling of this seems very very
wrong.
