Hi [~asuresh] - I see the that you tried to remove the port limitation that I
mentioned. Unfortunately, I am fairly sure that violates the URI semantics for
the host portion. I didn't intend to ask you to address that and apologize for
that misunderstanding. Randomizing the instance hit by more transient clients
is a good addition. I think that we should back out the port overriding change
so that we remain compliant with the URI specification though.
