Does surefire make sense for ant?
I'm also looking at this from a "how do we interpret the files?" more than a
"how do the files get there?" perspective. Basically, changing "unit= run the
unit tests" to "junit=generate some junit output, probably via test". TAP, for
example, has 90 billion ways to get generated. But we'll do a single pass over
the output directory. It'll be up to the project personality to determine how
to generate them.
