* Overall, I suspect this patch actually shrinks the code base significantly
now!
I've tested with patches from hadoop, hbase, samza, and pig. Everything
appears to be stable and working, at least with the samples I've tried. I
think this is the first one that is probably worthwhile to look at from a 'is
this ready to be committed?' perspective.
