I'm against kicking beanutils into dormant at this point. BeanUtils
needs some TLC (and a release) and in theory I'm still hoping to get
back to it.

The last "burst of activity" I had on beanutils was Novemeber 2005
when I made a few committs and resolved a few tickets - thats three
months ago and not IMO many months. I agree that there isn't anyone
responding day-to-day with beanutils issues/posts, which isn't great
but I don't believe it qualifies as dormant yet.
