There is a load of base 64 and mime related code around. What is more interesting is that some of them mention some bugs of the others on comments and so. =;o)
Even if it might not be my thing, I scoured a lot of code for my current project just a couple of months ago and maybe I have some clues. I will check my notes. What other stuff do you want besides base 64? (It is better if I have search for th whole stuff you might want.)
