I'm +1 on a 1.0 / promotion also with the above conditions and two more small items:
o A migration document for moving from NetComponents -> Commons/Net
( Should be real simple, just package name changes )
o Move the org.apache.commons.net.ftp.ftp2 package into a proposal directory so it is
not in the released jar.
If no one beats me too it I'll get the above two items done this weekend.
