http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=17214 "depends" property of the "validator" element is ignored [EMAIL PROTECTED] changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|RESOLVED |REOPENED Resolution|INVALID | ------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2003-03-17 00:27 ------- This bug is referring to the <validator depends=""> attribute, not the <field depends=""> attribute. The DTD allows for a depends attribute on the validator element which allows validators to leverage the work of other validators globally instead of at the field level. This seems to be supported in the Validator.validateFieldForRule() method but apparently isn't working. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
