http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=24108 Opera-Fileupload-Items are not recognized if empty [EMAIL PROTECTED] changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|NEW |RESOLVED Resolution| |WONTFIX ------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2003-10-24 16:55 ------- Unfortunately, I'm not aware of any way of fixing this. The only way of distinguishing form fields from file upload fields is that the latter have a file name associated with them. In the case you are seeing, where the item is empty (but still being submitted anyway???), no file name is provided, and so the field is assumed to be a form field. If somebody knows of an alternative, more reliable, way of distinguishing between the two types of fields, I'll be happy to make the change. In the meantime, however, I'm going to mark this as WONTFIX (since INVALID is a little harsh ;). --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
