First, is there a mailing list for jelly?
Second, which are the two group of links on the jelly page

- not once - but *TWICE* with links to Jakarta pages with absolutely no mention of jelly? Is this project dead?
Third, what is xdocs? Why is it impossible to find any information on it?
Fourth, I'm trying to build jelly from CVS, and I get the enclosed error.
What gives? There's no mention of any requirement in either project.xml,
readme regarding downloading the DTD's. In fact, like jelly, maven, and
xdocs, there's absolutely no information regarding them anywhere on jarkarta.
