For those who are interested, I uploaded an XmlSchema snapshot here:
http://cvs.apache.org/maven-snapshot-repository/org/apache/ws/commons/XmlSchema/1.0-SNAPSHOT/Notice that I changed our groupId to org.apache.ws.commons to be more in line with the Maven Way (which hopefully will stabalize now...).
