Sorry I didn't mention about that. I have a space problem in my root partition. So I put a settings.xml to change the repository location to /mnt/C/m2. Yes this folder exists. , but I'm getting the above error when it tries to copy the given pom file. Can this be due to /mnt/C being a FAT32 partition. But I can see all the jars getting downloaded to that place. Anyway, will change the repo location to a unix partition and check this. Seems weird to me :). -- Chinthaka
