Thanks. I found it inside the Axiom distribution finally (as opposed
to on the web site). I guess when it comes to reviewing licensing it
is always nice to have a URL I can point the reviewers to.
It would be nice to have it documented better on Apache Neethi since
that what triggered our dependency.
