Oh, i thougth 0.3 was released as this is stated at:
http://jakarta.apache.org/commons/discovery/ "Javadoc (0.3 release)"

Yeah, something is screwy. The site implies it's released, but there's
nothing but a tag from Rory afaict - Ccing him.

Any ideas Rory?
