Hello Frank, 

Thanks for the suggestion but I think it is more advisable,  that the addition 
of the GC to bylaws  be included  in the  accountability improvement  changes 
to the bylaws  being discussed.

It seems you are proposing a change to the bylaws, and I believe every
member can do that.

Can you share more specific text, specifying what you want to ad or modify?

Then I'm sure one can seek consensus on this list and get a resolution
to change the bylaws on the agenda at the next meeting.
