Alan, Can the board then please provide an updated resolution that says that- because that is NOT what the resolution currently says –
The resolution reads: RESOLVED to request the Governance Committee to develop Terms of Reference for an independent investigation, and to appoint an Investigation Committee; RESOLVED that the Governance Committee report back to the Board by the 30th April 2018; That strongly implies that GC develops the ToR’s and appoints the committee – it does not anywhere – those are the action items – it does not refer to the investigation actually happening – or the return of the report – or giving the report to the board – it says – here are 2 action items – report back to us on those action items.
