Hi Roberts, Humm ! Good to hear that your organization specifically sees an improvement in AFRINIC services under the not so new CEO.
These things are better measured through members satisfaction survey, audit reports, financial statements and even the CEO perfomance evaluation through a board report. Management of the organisation doesnt seem so satisfactory to this end. In all cases, if management and governance were not so chaotic, services could have been much better and the community healthier. Organizations live, actors change, facts and history tell the truth.
