I have asked my local representatives. I think it is up to the ASO/AC to 
determine if they felt misrepresented in this case, and to take action if they 
think they should.

I fully agree. Even worse: as far as I can see in the minutes Wafa is the chair 
of the appeal committee. I think it would be appropriate for her to step down 
from the committee at this point, to protect the perceived integrity of the 
appeal committee.
