Wafa says clearly above that she spoke on her own behalf.  As one of AFRINIC’s 
representatives to the ASO/AC, this is good enough for me.   I see the three 
affiliations listed in her signature as just that, a reference to her identity 
and don’t see how she could have been speaking on behalf of just one in the 
list.
