I will leave answering that question to them. Since I have no affiliation, I 
cannot usefully comment on what they will or will not do.

The rules adopted by the community and the members in the form of the CPM and 
Bylaws should be able to be taken as a reasonable representation of the wish of 
the community and/or resource members. The injunction seeks to address a 
violation of those very rules by the board.
