nope. Sorry - didn't mean it in that way ;)

I think it is great that people like you (and whoever else) are willing to
step up and take the initiative and do something. Keep doing it! You are the
type of people Apache needs. You see a need then fix it.

It really is up to you and whoever else who runs cocoondev. If you are already
running it under Apache rules and already incubating projects then thats
great. If you want to be official apache project - and thus get their legal
protection but also Apaches obligations, Well that could be kool aswell.

I am not part of the board, Cocoon or incubator projects/groups so my opinion
doesn't really count ;) If you want to do it and you have some people who
have been about Apache for a while involved (you or someone else) - well it
sounds great to me.

I can't see any real reason why not, from what I understand php is hosted on
different servers aswell. The only problem may be that the board is a little
nervous creating so many different projects so fast. Thus it may be better to
let it grow for a bit outside (or it may not).

Anyways it is up to you. Whatever you want to do you have my full support and
hopefully the full support of the cocoon devs. It seems like you are into the
Apache way and you are doing a great service for Cocoon so go for it. If you
need me to help you do anything just say the word.

In short +1
