Nope, privileges too :) Privileges bestowed upon someone after attaining commit access.


To weight my thoughts on the open/closed nature of the list...

Having an open list is fine, but I think having a closed list is also beneficial. Perhaps we need a [EMAIL PROTECTED] to serve the public-list need.
