This proposal is mainly for you, Aron: I think the source would be more normal, and easier to test, if we moved Shapely-1.2/tests to Shapely-1.2/shapely/tests. I'm trying it out on a local branch with the zope testrunner and everything seems fine. Shouldn't make things any harder for nose, either. Agree?
