I found datasheets with real, substantial datasheets for these: Silicon Motion SM502 Phillips/NXP PNX17XX series Renesas HD64412 Epson S1D13513 (but it only has bitblt and sprites, no drawing functions) What about the ATI chip used in the iPAQ hx4700?
