The speedometer on my Volkswagen says my 10-year old Passat is "capable"
of driving 160mph, but doesn't mean I should have to pay a speeding
ticket as though I do.
I concur, these tax laws are silly business. I was glad to hear that
Canada shut down the DRM tax that some group was trying to get the
government to back them up on.
