French aswell, ordered two and a half week ago, still didn't receive a thing despite the fact that I did receive the shipping confirmation (two days after my order). I ordered the full body protection and paid for the "fast" shipping (2-4 days for Europe). As I mailed them a week after my order, they told me they would reship it, and I'm waiting for that since then...
