I will put some thought to your invite and hopefully provide productive suggestions. An initial thought would relate easing the process of branding and customizing the interface. In today's world of desire for instant gratification, a programmatic approach to the interface and branding would be a big plus. We have become accustomed to template use for nearly all CMS and CMS has become the way of doing things. Now that SM V.14.x will support different interfaces per email domain, the interface customizations become even more interesting and important.
