Olli,

The encoding profiles, which are converted to ffmpeg commandlines, are
defined in the $FELIX/conf/encoding/*.properties files.  You'll need to add
"-threads n" to the profiles that you want to run multithreaded, in addition
to compiling ffmpeg to support multithreading.  Keep in mind that ffmpeg
does not support multithreading for all formats and all codecs.
