Hello all,
  We recently started a new semester with Matterhorn recording the bulk of
our classes.  The processing load has, on three occasions, caused the core
server to freeze up, necessitating a reboot.  Last semester I was able to
physically move the recordings off the capture agent computers to the core
server via an external HD, place them in a particular folder, restart
Matterhorn, and the videos would process.

This semester, however, I have forgotten which folder that was and am unable
to find it after much trial and error.  If anyone can point me to the place
where those files need to be uploaded in order to process I would greatly
appreciate it.
