The folder is called "inbox" and its path should be indicated in the file $FELIX_HOME/load/org.apache.felix.fileinstall-inbox.cfg
The freezing problem is what concerns me the most. Can you file a bug in Jira and provide as much information as you can in order to triage the problem? Thanks!
