Actually, while there is a java file here it is not a patch file and the task appears to be still open. I'd recommend that you read the ticket, get an idea of what needs to be patched, create a patch and attach it to the ticket, then assign the ticket to a committer. If you need to assign it to someone in particular, feel free to assign it to me then indicate on list you've finished the work, and I'll make sure it gets to the right person.
