Don't expect a fully polished phone GUI... > Some notes: About simple-gsmgui.sh: There seems to be a duplicate desktopfile for the simple-gsmgui simple-gsmgui.desktop and simple-gsmui.desktop (not intended by me). One starts simple-gsmgui directly, another one via the startscript start-gsmgui.sh. The latter one sends just a SIGUSR1 to make the gui pop up again if it is already running. Otherwise the gui will popup upon need (incoming call, pin required). Running multiple instances at the same time can cause trouble. simple-gsmgui does not itself rfkill unblock wwan. It will properly react on such situations. But you have to do rfkill stuff yourself or by some other means starting x11: maybe it would be better to start it via nodm, so env is better set (and applications will not create funny directories in /) Regards, Andreas
