Sounds like you need to allocate more RAM to Apple File Exchange.  Click
once on the application icon, hit command-I, and set the "Preferred Size"
higher.  Try adding increments of 512 until the problem goes away or you
reach 4096K, whichever comes first.  If the problem doesn't go away by the
time you allocate 4MB RAM to the program, there's something else wrong
(like a corrupted preference file or program).
